We have a strict no-tolerance policy for fraudulent orders and will take all necessary steps to report such activity to the authorities. Any party involved in fraudulent orders will be blacklistedacross TV, magazines, blogs, playlists, YouTube channels, and radio. We strongly advise against engaging in fraudulent activity, as it is not worth the risk and consequences in the long run.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Services are non-refundable once orders have been started.
• If you have placed a order, we will review your song and, if approved, will immediately start submitting it to our partners. Please note that once your order has been approved and we have secured the first submission to platforms, we cannot issue a refund.
• If you submit the wrong link or incorrect information that prevents us from completing your order, we cannot issue a refund, as the amount of time this takes away from other clients' orders is unfair.
• Only songs that are declined by our staff will be eligible for refund.
• Please allow 3-5 working days for refunds to appear on your account.
• We do not own all platforms and are not responsible for their behavior or the actions of any third party we contract to fulfill your requirements. However, we always promise to try our best to deliver your music/project to only those that provide quality listeners/services.

Our company values customer satisfaction and aims to provide high-quality products and services. However, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds.

If you are not satisfied with the services that you have received, we may be able to offer a store credit at our discretion. To be eligible for a store credit, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the services and provide a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction.

Store credits are issued at the discretion of our company and may be offered on a case-by-case basis. They can be used towards any services that we offer and have no expiration date.
